Driver Terms and Conditions

This document outlines the requirements and responsibilities for Drivers participating in the Routz platform. Drivers must be engaged by an authorized Operator.

Drivers are independent contractors engaged by the Operator, not employees of Routz. Drivers do not have an employment relationship with Stoaris Inc or the Routz platform.

Drivers agree to use the Routz platform solely for the purposes of performing transit services requested through the platform. Drivers shall ensure their account information remains secure and accurate.

Drivers shall operate vehicles safely, follow all traffic laws, and maintain a professional standard of conduct. Drivers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle meets safety standards and that they hold a valid driver's license.

Drivers agree to comply with the safety protocols established by their Operator. Stoaris Inc is not liable for accidents, injuries, or any incidents occurring during the provision of transit services.

Drivers shall ensure compliance with all relevant transportation laws, regulations, and insurance requirements mandated by their operating region and their Operator.
