Operator Terms and Conditions

This Agreement governs the relationship between Stoaris Inc ("Routz") and the Operator ("Operator"). Routz provides a marketplace platform, and the Operator agrees to provide transportation services to customers using the platform.

The Operator is an independent business providing transportation services. Routz acts as a marketplace facilitator. The Operator maintains full control over their drivers, vehicles, and the specific terms of transportation (including pricing, cancellation, and refund policies).

The Operator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their fleet information, uptime, and the professional conduct of their drivers. The Operator warrants that they possess all necessary licenses and insurance required for their transportation operations.

All service charges will be processed through Stripe. Routz charges a service fee for the use of the platform. The platform does not guarantee any minimum volume of bookings.

The Operator shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Routz and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or costs arising out of:

a. Any breach of this Agreement by the Operator.

b. The transportation services rendered by the Operator to a customer.

c. Any violation of applicable laws or regulations by the Operator or their drivers.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party.
